I ordered the deluxe for a dear friend and coworker that recently had lost his mom. The ordering on line was easy to work thru, price ranges were posted and the delivery date noted. The next day delivery brought a smile and sincere condolences from a beautiful, colorful floral bouquet! Thank you for making it easy on me to order but more so...the expertise of the floral chosen to complete the journey to send our thoughts to a dear friend.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Lake Worth Florist makes every effort to safely deliver flower orders in a timely manner. Timed deliveries, like funerals and businesses with specific operating hours are priortized when generating our delivery routes. If a recipient is not home, the driver attempts calling and texting, if the weather permits it then the flowers are porched. If the weather does not allow the flowers to be left at the door, then they are brought back to the shop and the shop tries to contact the recipient to schedule a new time. The order is avialable for pickup during store hours.
Additional delivery charges will incur after the first attempt.
Most delivieries begin Monday-Friday after 10am and continue until 2:00pm on average. Any same day deliveries after 3:00pm require a 'hot shot' fee. Our shop has fresh flowers delivered daily and can sometimes be up untl 12:00pm before they arrive, some orders might be reliant on the flowers coming in and be a later delivery time.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue for our team to review.
