It was an easy online order. I made a mistake on the greeting card on what I wrote, when they emailed conformation I replied back with my change asking to please let me know you got it or I'd call. The next morning had a reply back change made and had it delivered by lunchtime. Quality Rose's beautiful arrangement a little pricey but, it was Valentine's so it was worth it.
